My Vision
I want to create a luxury cafe, that plays with elements of sound, texture and color to create a tranquil space, true to my brand.
My brand is a space away that limits chaos my embracing whats simple. For myself, I make an effort everyday to limit my anxiety and replace it with curiosity. Taking on this mindset has provided me with tremendous aid. I want to create a space that encourages myself and others to follow the instinct of their organic thought process.
My brand

It will have the setup of a typical cafe with an espresso machine and select food items. The drinks will be simple, using two to four ingredients for each drink. The drink will not be a combination of the flavors added, but will emphasize the culture they originate from. I have yet to decide on the purpose of the food but I know I want to match the interior by taking the basics and combining them to make something new to combine texture and refined aspects of savory and sweet.
Room one:

For creative and community building. I find often that many adults lose faith in their creativity, because of the limits of structure. These rooms will be extremely well insulated because I want the space to feel timeless, like a room away from functionalism, but not chaotic. There will be arts supplies and paper, to encourage people to look at a blank page again. My vision aims to allow people to follow their creativity, while meeting people from a similar demographic to create community production and innovation.
Room two:

Why a blank page?
The significance of the blank page orginated from a personal experience. I went to a high school where I practiced creative writing for two and a half hours every day on top of our typical academics. I grew to resent the process, forgetting why I chose this. It wasn’t until I took a ceramics class that forced me to start in a new medium from scratch that I remembered why I chose creative writing—because I feel my greatest, during the experience of creativity.

Work space. Personally I love the combination of work culture with cafe culture, as it blends work with leisure. As someone who spends countless hours a week in cafes working, I understand the impact of a clean, quiet space for productivity. The last room will be close to silent incorporating fabric detailing to consume as much sound as possible. And the color palette will be neutral.
